Pulse Archive keeps your live database lean: it removes unneeded data from your Macola® database and archives it to another Macola® database, then re-indexes your data files for optimum performance.
Archiving is a move, not a purge. You choose how many months of data to retain for each set of files; each month, the archive and re-indexing process moves anything older into your archive database. Nothing is deleted — archived data can be accessed at any time in the future using standard Macola® screens and reports.
