Installers that Pulse Dashboard needs on a workstation or server, besides Pulse Dashboard itself.
Crystal Reports runtime¶
Crystal Reports boxes need the SAP Crystal Reports runtime on each workstation or server that runs them. Which runtime depends on the Pulse Dashboard version:

The two runtimes can be installed side by side. For an earlier release of Pulse Dashboard, please call PULSE support at (513) 723-8095 and we'll confirm which runtime it needs.
After installing a runtime, close Pulse Dashboard and open it again.
Crystal Reports 13 runtime¶
SAP distributes the Crystal Reports 13 runtime with SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Microsoft Visual Studio, and asks for a short registration before the download.
- Open SAP's Crystal Reports, Developer for Visual Studio Downloads page and follow its link to the most recent support pack.
- Download the 64-bit runtime MSI, named
CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_<n>.msi, where<n>is the support pack number. Support pack 31 or any later one works. The.exeinstaller beside it is for developers working in Visual Studio and is not needed to run Pulse Dashboard. - Run the MSI as an administrator on each workstation or server that runs Crystal Reports boxes.
Crystal Reports 2008 runtime¶
Pulse Dashboard 5.66.0.0 is the only release that needs this runtime. Upgrading to 5.66.1 removes the need for it.

To check the download, run Get-FileHash CRRedist2008_x64.msi in PowerShell and compare the hash with the one above. Run the MSI as an administrator on each workstation or server that runs Crystal Reports boxes.
