On-time Shipping Graph — New Drilldown

A drilldown has been added to the On-time Shipping Graph. Click any point on the graph and PULSE Dashboard opens a new tab listing the shipping lines that produced it, so you can move from a trend to the orders behind it without rebuilding the selection by hand.

What the drilldown does

Each point on the graph summarises a set of shipping lines. Clicking the point opens those lines, filtered to the exact rows that were counted — not to a period reconstructed from the point's label. The distinction matters at period boundaries, where a reconstructed range can pick up rows the point never included.

The drilldown works from either point basis, Daily or Monthly.

Percentage series

When the graph is showing a percentage series, the drilldown narrows to the early or late range of the series you clicked, so the lines you see are the ones that series counted rather than every line in the period.

Line Avg draws a single series covering all lines, so no range filter applies — clicking it shows every shipping line behind the point.

Setting up the columns

The first time you open the drilldown, the grid opens with no columns configured. Add the columns you want through the usual layout tools and the arrangement is saved for next time, in the same way as any other reporting grid.

Getting started

No setup or configuration is required for the drilldown itself. It becomes available automatically after the upgrade — open the On-time Shipping Graph and click any point.
