Add-on reports & enhancements

Pulse Dashboard carries reports, enhancements and utilities that sit alongside the nine licensed reporting modules rather than being modules in their own right. Each page here is written up from the fact sheet we hand out for it.

Two things decide whether one of these will run at your site. Most need the Designer module, and several are quoted separately because they are built to your business rules. Check Help → License Info in Pulse Dashboard, or call sales on (513) 723-8091.

Inventory and purchasing

  • Inventory Optimization — Eleven reports and utilities bundled at one price: forecast-based stock management, replenishment and shortage analysis
  • Inventory ABC Class Generator — Sets item ABC classes from twelve months of dollar usage, separately for purchased and manufactured items
  • Recalculating replenishment levels — Reorder levels, order-up-to levels, safety stock and vendor lead times, recalculated monthly from your own history
  • Purchase Order Generator — Creates Macola® purchase orders from reorder levels, MRP computer-planned orders and outside operations

  • SMART Cash Flow Forecast — Cash-flow forecasting from each customer's average days to pay, with what-if analysis
  • A/R Collection Notes — Collection notes, follow-up dates and priority codes on the A/R Detail Aging report
