PULSE Dashboard 5.66.0.0 — Release Notes¶
Release in preparation
5.66.0.0 has not been released. This page covers the changes made so far and will be completed before the release ships.
This release adds a drilldown to the On-time Shipping Graph and a way to restrict Edit Settings on a module to administrators, alongside a set of fixes and a platform upgrade. The platform upgrade is the item to plan for: PULSE Dashboard now requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8.
Summary of changes¶
What's new¶
- On-time Shipping Graph Drilldown — Click any point on the graph to see the shipping lines behind it, filtered to exactly the rows that produced the point.
- Admin-Only Edit Settings — A module can now require Admin mode for Edit Settings, so a permission that grants broad access cannot be handed to a user or usergroup. The Query Analyzer is the first module to use it.
Bug fixes¶
- Line Avg on the On-time Shipping Graph read low — The average was rounded down to whole days before it reached the chart, so every point could read up to a day early.
- Job Scheduler failed when the log folder was missing — The activity logger now creates the folder instead of raising an exception.
- Screen elements displaced on 4K monitors in User Control — The high-resolution display fix from 5.65.1 has been extended to the User Control screen.
Compatibility and upgrade¶
This release requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 and changes how the Excel export libraries are supplied. See Compatibility & Upgrade before upgrading.
